I mentioned a few weeks back an exhibition at the Royal Armouries at Leeds about Ieyasu Tokugawa. Unfortunately most the pics I took in the exhibition were poor seeing as it was very dimly lit and I didn't want to use a flash.

This was a helmet supposedly belonging to a member of the Yi family with the characteristic Golden crest type things. Yi Naomasa served Tokugawa and had a cavalry unit known as something like the Red Devils or something like that due to the Red Laquered armour they wore.

This picture didn't come out so well and had to be shrunk but its the only 1 I got of the Helmet of Tokugawa's grandson (the one at the bottom with cow ears). It didn't say who the other helmet belonged to but it did have the Oda clan symbol on it.

This was the Tokugawa War banner.
Other pics of the main parts of Leeds Armouries (which is free entry and full of stuff, woohoo!)
